Venue

The meeting will be held at Nyborg Strand, which will provide the setting for the scientific programme and participant accommodation. The venue offers suitable conference facilities and easy access for participants travelling to and from the meeting.

Accommodation will be arranged on site. When registering for the meeting, participants will have their room booked at the venue for the duration of the conference.

Rooms are available for check-in from 14:00. Check-out is by 10:00.

If you are arriving via Copenhagen Airport, there is a direct train connection to Nyborg, with a travel time of approximately 1.5 hours. More detailed travel information will be provided closer to the meeting.

Shuttle Service to the Venue

For your convenience, a shuttle bus will be available from Nyborg Station to the venue. An Alcomet team representative will welcome you at the station and guide you to the shuttle service. No registration is required.
